  • ek bada bartan mein tel garam karein. Tel garam hone ke baad, jeera daal dein aur thodi der ke liye temper karein.
  • Lehsun aur adrak paste daal dein aur thodi der ke liye sauté karein jab tak ki khushboo aaye.
  • Aloo aur gobhi daal dein aur mila lein. Thodi der tak paka lein jab tak ki sabjiya naram naram ho jaye.
  • Haldi powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala aur namak daal dein. Mila lein.
  • Pani daal dein aur sabji ko simmer par pakne dein. Chula halka kar dein aur dhak kar 15 minute tak sabji paka lein jab tak ki aloo aur gobhi naram na ho jaye.
  • Jab sabji paka lein to dhak kar hata lein aur thodi der tak gravy ko thoda thoda kar ke pakne dein.
