  • Tel ko karahi  mein medium-high heat par  garam karein. Jeera dane dal ke 1 minute tak golden brown hone tak paka lein.
  • Pyaz aur lehsun dal ke onion soft hone tak pakayein, 5 minute tak.
  • Dhaniya, garam masala, haldi, jeera, mirch powder, adrak, kali mirch, elaichi, laung aur dalchini dal ke ek minute tak stirring karte hue pakayein.
  • Tamatar, chhole aur pani dal ke aag par boil karein aur flame low karke 15 minute tak simmer karein.
  • Dhaniya aur namak taste ke anusar dal ke aur 5 minute tak pakayein.
