500 gm Chicken Liver

2 Onion (finely chopped)

2 Garlic cloves (minced)

1-inch Ginger (grated)

2 Green Chilli (chopped)

2 Tomatoes (chopped)

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

2 teaspoon Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

2 teaspoon Garam Masala

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoon Mustard Oil

2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Step1- Start by washing the chicken liver thoroughly and then drain the excess water out.

Step2- To marinate the chicken liver, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl and mix them together.

Step3- Now add the chicken liver in the bowl and mix it well with the spices. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step4- Heat the mustard oil in a deep skillet on medium flame.

Step5- Add the chopped onion and sauté until they become golden brown.

Step6- Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

Step7- Now add the chopped green chilli and sauté for another few seconds.

Step8- Next, add the chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step9- Now add the coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix all the ingredients together and cook for a few minutes.

Step10- Now add the marinated chicken liver and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.

Step11- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

Step12- Once the chicken liver is cooked, add the chopped coriander leaves and mix it together.
