300 gm paneer (cubed)

Cooking Method

  •  Tel ko medium heat par garam karein.
  • Jeera dalein aur thoda sizzle hone dein.
  • Chopped onions dalein aur golden brown hone tak paka lein (5 minutes ke liye).
  • Chopped tomatoes dalein aur 3-4 minutes ke liye paka lein.
  • Minced garlic, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder aur namak dalein. Sabko mix karein aur 2-3 minutes ke liye paka lein.
  • Cubed paneer dalein aur 3-4 minutes ke liye paka lein.
  • Heavy cream dalein aur sabko mix karein. 2-3 minutes ke liye simmer karein.
  • Chopped coriander aur Kasuri Methi dalein aur sabko mix karein.
  • Paneer Tikka Masala ko garam garam chapati, naan ya steamed rice ke saath serve karein.

Step By Step Preparation

  • 2 tbspn Tel ko garam karein or usmein 1 tspn jeera daal dein. Jeere ko thoda sa bhune.
  • Phir 2 chopped pyaaz daal kar 5 minute tak sauté karein. Uske baad 2 chopped tamatar daal kar 3-4 minute tak bhune.
  • Ab 2 clove kati hui lasan, 1 tspn adrak paste, 1 tspn dhaniya powder, 1 tspn garam masala, 1 tspn jeera powder, 1/2 tspn haldi powder, 1 tspn lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar sabko ache se mix karein. Phir 3-4 minute tak bhune.
  • Ab 300 gm paneer daal kar ache se mix karein or 3-4 minute tak bhune.
  • Phir 1/2 cup heavy cream daal kar 2-3 minute tak simmer karein.
  • Akhir mein 2 tbspn chopped hara dhaniya aur 1 tspn Kasuri Methi daal kar sabko ache se mix karein.
  • Ab Paneer Tikka Masala ko ek  bartan mein dalein garnishing karne ke liye.
  • Paneer Tikka Masala ko chapati, naan ya steamed rice ke saath garam garam serve karein.
